Join our Team! We are looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customers focused team, and are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Person to work in our Burlington, NC Distribution Center. The primary responsibility of this position requires the individual to maintain accurate warehouse inventory and proper product rotation. In this role, the candidate will be responsible to pull product orders for the Route Sales Professional.


Warehouse Person:

  • Opens the distribution center facility each morning.
  • Unloads trailers that arrive at the center and checks trailer loads for accuracy.
  • Rotates warehouse inventory.
  • Pulls product to fill extra orders as requested by route sales professionals.
  • Responsible to accept and check return stock product and stale and damaged products.
  • Places returned cardboard and stale and damaged products on trailers.
  • Performs various maintenance duties as required (cleaning, mowing, etc.).


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed:

  • Requires organization and attention to details to maintain accurate inventory, records, and rotation of product.
  • Requires basic math skills.
  • Requires independent decision making on inventory needs, especially during promotional activity, usually acquired through one-year experience.
  • Requires a valid drivers license and that the candidate is 19 years or older.
  • Must be able to operate a route sales delivery step van in a safe and competent manner.
  • Demonstrate an ability to fill in and cover open routes as necessary.
  • Requires the ability to lift, carry and transport products into accounts through the use of a hand truck.

Working Conditions:

  • Lifts cartons manually when pulling orders and rotating warehouse product.
  • Uses a hand jack to transport skids of product.
