Key Technical Skills

  • Drive job site safety and establish site safety expectations
  • Create 6-week look-ahead schedules and monitor overall project schedule
  • Coordinate with project management
  • Review job cost and manage labor quantities
  • Complete daily and periodic report updates
  • Oversee quality control
  • Manage subcontractors

Qualifications

Candidates for this position must have heavy construction experience in the water and wastewater industry under a self-performing contractor. Candidates must be willing to travel and relocate as needed.

Employee-Owner Expectations

Garney expects its Superintendents to manage and train craft workers, mentor and develop Field Engineers and Assistant Superintendents, and adhere to the company’s safety policies and procedures.
